CT Series Wet Magnetic Separators consist of separator drum, magnetic system, separator tank, transmission device and overflow devices for feeding and discharging. They are widely applied in magnetically separating magnetite, de-watering and de-ironing for non-metallic ores. According to different working principles, they are classified into three Kinds: current style(S), counter-current style (N) and Semi-countercurrent style (B).

Applications

Separator is suitable for wet magnetic particle size below 3mm magnetite, pyrrhotite, roasted ore, ilmenite and other materials, but also for iron work coal, non-metallic minerals, building materials and other materials.

Separator high quality ferrite material or composite made with rare earth magnets, drum table the average magnetic induction intensity of 100 ~ 600mT. Magnetic separator has a simple structure, large capacity, easy to operate, easy to maintain. Structural characteristics of magnetic separator: wet permanent magnetic drum separator is mainly composed of a cylinder, magnetic system, tank, transmission of four parts. By 2-3mm stainless steel cylinder welded into a tube, end caps for aluminum parts, connected by stainless steel screws and barrel. Motor through reducer, drive cylinder rotary movement. Magnetic system for the open magnetic system, installed in the cylinder. Magnetic block with a stainless steel bolts mounted on the yoke plate, the yoke shaft extending tube, the crank arm is fixed to the shaft end. Pulled the crank arm can be adjusted declination magnetic system, adjustments can be fixed with a rod after appropriate. Work area with stainless steel tank fabrication, chassis and other parts of the tank with ordinary steel welding.
